柯聪明,男,1993年出生于福建泉州,2021年7月毕业于厦门大学,获理学博士,于2021年7月到华侨大学工作。


主要任职:
华侨大学,制造工程研究院,讲师


研究方向:
(1)高效精密加工;
(2)半导体异质结界面调控与外延生长;
(3)基于第一性原理的新奇电子特性仿真。


研究领域:
(1)半导体衬底超精密加工;
(2)二维/三维半导体异质结外延生长;
(3)二维半导体自旋/能谷特性的第一性原理研究。
